I can’t say why it took me so long to secure this final book in the Wingfeather Saga, but now that I have it … never mind … time to start reading.

Finished the job earlier this evening. Hoping these nuts weren’t too important. A trip home and Adrienne’s trip to the store and all seems to be well, thus far. I do need to replace the hose that runs to the overflow reservoir.
Hoping this will remedy the overheating issue that’s been plaguing us.

Two exciting wins to end the softball season last night. And, this happened. :/ I took a header into the ground when trying to avoid a tag at 2nd on a sloppy field.
The long road home. This was shortly after taking to the road. It’s a hot one. Running with the heat on for a moment now and then to keep our engine cool. Look forward to time with family!

Such a joy to join Clay & Catie in celebration of their recent marriage. It has been years since we’ve seen one another. Introduced them to the family, enjoyed some musical offerings from Catie’s family, partook of some home brew, and planned for more gatherings when they visit again. Love my teammates!
All is well. God is good. After arriving we’ve been able to meet a number of folks and settled into our homes for the week. Some strong winds and rain came through early evening. Was able to sit near the lakeside this afternoon. Hope I can find some more time alone to finish this song.
It was a beautiful evening in the Cities. A small group of us gathered in the Longfellow neighborhood for fellowship – singing a few songs and praying for the Stefan family, our community, and other concerns.
